Embeded Active X is going to get a whole lot harder

I thought this would be getting a whole lot more coverage.
The tag in HTML has a patent on it and it is going to be enforced??

OK I don't really understand this one but basically any page that uses to embed stuff in a web page (like Adobe's Reader, Flash, Apple's QuickTime Player, Microsoft's Windows Media Player, RealNetworks' RealPlayer etc). They will have to click to start or something? more info.
